Sewell Road Offices

KAOD was commissioned to completely renovate and update 12,000 square feet of customer service and office space of the Newnan Utilities Company. The effort included a new customer service area organization that allowed for a fewer number of CSR representatives to handle the multifaceted task of dealing with the customers who visit the location. Major changes were made to the highly sensitive server and technology areas. All HVAC, lighting and audio visual systems were updated. All finishes were revised and new furniture and fixture selections were made and coordinated with the future use of each space. Other modifications included removal of an existing compromised roofing system and installation of a completely new EPDM product.
