The before and after pictures of this project are remarkable. KAOD was asked to use an existing industrial building with attached wood-frame office structure and create a new face for the Company in a growing part of the community. This site will eventually serve as the primary customer service location as well as engineering headquarters for the company’s operations. A large meeting and training space was created to allow the company to continue to keep their employees at the top of their fields. A redundant server station was provided to allow for complete back up of the companies city-wide services in case of catastrophic failure. Specific attention was paid to the use of technology in every area including security, communication and audio visual presentation. For the personal benefit of the employees, a wellness center was included that provided various fitness and training opportunities.
